1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TulipHunt's services, including our website and mobile application integrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

TulipHunt provides self-guided roadbook tours for motorcyclists. Our services include:

Access to curated roadbook routes through the Seekers app
Navigation instructions using tulip roadbook notation
Free and premium subscription tiers
24/7 online chat support
Route recommendations and riding tips

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

TulipHunt offers both free and premium subscription plans:

Free Plan: Limited access to select routes and basic features
Premium Plan: Full access to all routes, premium groups, and advanced features

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a premium plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription.

6. Refund Policy

Important: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees except in the following circumstances:

Technical Issues: If our service experiences technical problems that prevent you from accessing routes or features for an extended period, we may issue a prorated refund at our discretion
Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error
Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization

To request a refund for technical issues, you must contact us at support@tuliphunt.com within 7 days of the issue occurring with a detailed description of the problem.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

8. User Responsibilities and Safety

When using TulipHunt services:

Riding Safety: You are solely responsible for your safety while riding. Always wear appropriate safety gear, follow local traffic laws, and ride within your skill level
Route Conditions: Road conditions, weather, and traffic can change. Always assess conditions yourself before and during your ride
Valid License: You must have a valid motorcycle license appropriate for the vehicle you are riding
Insurance: You are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage
Equipment: Ensure your motorcycle and navigation equipment are in good working condition

9. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: TulipHunt provides navigation information and route suggestions only. We are not responsible for:

Accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur while using our routes
Changes in road conditions, closures, or hazards
Navigation errors or GPS inaccuracies
Mechanical failures or equipment malfunctions
Weather-related incidents
Interactions with other road users or local authorities

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TULIPHUNT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, routes, roadbook designs, logos, and materials provided through TulipHunt are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, distribute, or share routes with non-subscribers
Use our content for commercial purposes without permission
Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source data from our routes

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Use the service for any illegal activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Upload malicious code or viruses
Harass or abuse our support staff
Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits

12. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to:

Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
Make emergency updates or repairs
Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

13. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party platforms including the Seekers app and Stripe payment processing. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of these third-party services.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms and Conditions
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Abuse our services or support staff
Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, you will lose access to all premium features and content immediately.

15. Privacy

Your use of TulipHunt is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and do not share your personal information with third parties.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

17. Dispute Resolution

Before taking any legal action, we encourage you to contact us at support@tuliphunt.com to resolve any disputes amicably. Most concerns can be addressed through direct communication.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TulipHunt regarding the use of our services.
